Off-grid systems require batteries to store the energy generated by the solar panels. Offgrid Solar uses the latest types of Lithium batteries for this, the so-called LiFePO4 batteries. In addition to the major advantages of Lithium batteries in general, our systems are also modular in structure. This means that the capacity can also be expanded later to the needs of the customer. The biggest advantage of lithium batteries is the service life. With our LiFePO4 batteries, this is even a minimum of 6500 cycles, while a lead battery has a maximum of 1500 cycles. This means that you will not have to worry about this for the first 20 years.
